Do I need front head rest to use this seat cover?

Yes the headrest covers are a important part of the system and allow for quick connections.

Do I need rear head rest?

While the rear headrest would simplify the install, they are not needed. The rear can be attached using the attachment bungee's to anything you can hook, lash or tie to that would hold the cover up.

Can I use my dogs seatbelt with this cover?

The cover does not have standard seatbelt slots, but we have found that the passenger zip-out section can be slightly unzipped to allow for the connection to the vehicle.
