Most items will ship WorldWide (with very few exceptions like Mexico where no insurance is available) We ship usps 6 days a week (UPS for larger items) Shipping discounts for multiple purchases. We try to ship the same day if payment clears in time for our postal pick-up usually around 2 PM CST. (Some listings will indicate a longer ship time)

We aim to please, exchanges or store credits for most items. Some items that ship UPS like lookout car seats, most dog beds, and steps will be exchanged at sellers discretion (Solvit products incur a restocking fee of 12% on non-defective items). A return authorization # must be included with any returned items and they must still be in new condition. A store use credit will be issued to apply to buy it now merchandise or your item will be replaced when size is the problem.
