Exchanges or store credits for mis-sized items and you should notify us within 7 days of receiving them. Special order items lookout car seats, dog beds, wheel-away back packs & custom made to your dogs size clothing will be exchanged at sellers discretion. A return authorization # must be given to you to be included with any returned items and they must still be in clean, new condition in the original packaging. RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM MADE ORDERS If we custom made an item using your measurements these are not going to be returnable unless it is because of a flaw which will either be corrected or replaced with the identical data originally given us. So we ask that you pay particular attention to your measurements in this case so that this problem can be avoided. And recommend using a cloth tape measure that can be purchased a walmart or the like for under a dollar. But a piece of string and a ruler can serve just as well. Shipping and Handling We attempt to ship within a day of purchase and use the following shipment methods depending on the size of the item. We provide private insurance for US shipments when purchased by you via stamps.com this expediates our claims and gets a replacement sent sooner when there is a problem with breakage or loss. International shipping If you require a international shipment the cost isn't posted in the listing  except for Canada.
